Aamir Khan is the only star who has not only earned money but credibility also. That's the big reason why trade and his fans are always curious what will be his next film.

Now the sources say that Aamir's next film will be also a biopic like Dangal, based on the first Indian astronaut in outer space Rakesh Sharma.


Rakesh Sharma flew aboard Soyuz-11 in the month of April in 1984 . The 67-year-old Ashok Chakra awardee is going to be helping the writing process of the film as well from his training to his eventual trip to the outer space .

The movie is going to be produced by Ronnie Screwvala's new production company RSVP and will be directed by director Mahesh Mathai who had previously directed the 1999 film Bhopal Express, based on the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy.

The yet-untitled movie is said to mount the sets by next year and will be targeted for a 2018 release. Rest of the cast and crew are yet to be finalised .

Before that, Aamir will be seen in a special appearance in his assistant Advait Chandan's film Secret superstar.
