Allu Arjun‘s Naa Peru Surya, Naa Illu India was one of the most exciting and eagerly awaited Telugu releases of the year and looks like it has taken a fantastic start at the box office. In fact, the film has not only taken off well in India, but in the overseas market too. With that, the film has raked in a humungous amount at the worldwide market over the first weekend. As trade analyst and industry tracker – Ramesh Bala revealed about the collections on Twitter, “Stylish Star @alluarjun’s #NaaPeruSuryaNaaIlluIndia’s Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam Versions’ Worldwide 1st Weekend Gross is a Whopping Rs 85.32 crore.”

Raking in Rs 85.32 crore in the opening weekend itself, that too with a limited screenspace is a huge deal. In fact, Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu Indiadid not have a massive buzz going into the release day too! However, it has still managed to have a tremendous run at the worldwide box office. The film’s story and the execution has impressed one and all. This helped a good word of mouth publicity to build and in turn, help the movie earn such a huge amount at the worldwide box office. From what we hear, the film has raked in a huge amount from India (especially from Chennai and Mumbai), Australia and America! 

Naa Per Surya, Naa Illu India even debuted at the number two spot in Chennai, second to only Avengers: Infinity War.
