Megastar Chiranjeevi’s lavish project Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is easily one of the most awaited films of the year. A Few days back, Shahenshah of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan, who is doing a cameo in the film shared his thick-bearded look, which impressed everyone. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy marks the 151st project of Chiranjeevi as an actor. He was last seen in Khaidi No 150 that marked his comeback to the silver screen after a decade. The film was the official remake of Kaththi. It’s dual role and the massy quotient struck gold at the box office and helped it gross over Rs 100 crore globally. On the other hand, Nayanthara also enjoyed great 2017 with the huge box office success of Aramm and Velaikkaran. With these two power stars in one frame, we definitely expect the film to set new benchmarks at the ticket windows.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is reported to be a trilingual film which will be released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. Based on the life of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, the film is made on a lavish budget of Rs 150 crore and also features Jagapati Babu, Kiccha Sudeep and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan and is directed by Surender Reddy. The film is expected to hit the screens next year.
