NTR biopic will finally be launched on March 29th.
The moment we have been waiting is here. In an official announcement it has now been confirmed that the much awaited NTR biopic will be launched on March 29 at the Ramakrishna studios in Hyderabad. It is finally happening. The legendary actor’s son will Nandamuri Balakrishna will play his part in the film. The movie will be helmed by the director of Nene Raju Nene Mantri. Will be co-produced by three people – Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Vardhan Induri. The makers have made this announcement along with poster featuring the iconic-actor-leader.
This year in January the makers had revealed the first still of the upcoming film. It featured a leader taking centre stage as the audience looked on cheered. The tagline read – a leader for the people, chosen by the people. The monochrome poster perfectly resonated with NTR’s powerful personality. We can’t wait for the makers to launch the film and begin shooting! This is going to be one of the most epic biopics as NTR was not just an iconic actor but also a prolific leader. But did you know this might not be the only biopic on the actor turned politician?
Earlier reports suggested Ram Gopal Varma was keen on a making a biopic on the veetran actor but form his seocnd wife’s perspective. Titled – Lakshmi’s NTR, the poster featured the legs of woman indicating the film will be narrated form her point of view. “This is the story of Lakshmi’s NTR. It’s a love story full of hatred, jealousy, power mongering, back stabbings and above all unbelievable inter relationship conflicts”revealed Ram Gopal Varma while sharing the poster. For those who don’t know, NTR’s marriage to Lakshmi was a topic of controversy, it did not go down well with his family and fans. He was eventually ousted from his own party owing to the controversies. However it is unclear if Ram Gopal is going ahead with the project or not.
