Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's Tiger Zinda Hai is set to enter the Rs 300 crore club at the domestic box office!
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif‘s Tiger Zinda Haihas not only impressed the audience, but also raked in the moolah at the domestic box office. The film has broken several records at the box office, as it raked in Rs 272.79 crore in eleven days. But there’s no stopping the movie yet! On day 12 (second Wednesday), TZH has managed to add another Rs 16 crore (approx), according to early estimates. That means, the total box office tally of the film now stands at Rs 288 crore. With that, Salman’s film has closed in on the Rs 300 crore mark and we guess it will enter the elite club by today (January 03, day 13).
Not only will that be a huge achievement, but it will also mean that Salman will now have the maximum number of Rs 300 crore films (three – Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai). And with no big release this week, we expect TZHto spread its wings and continue raking in the moolah. According to us, the film can rake in anywhere between Rs 325 – 375 crore. It will surely cross the lifetime collections of Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Rs 320.34 crore) and become Salman’s highest box office grosser yet. That will surely be a huge achievement, but will it be able to compete against Aamir Khan’s Dangal? That’s something to watch out for!
