Ranbir Kapoor's Sanjay Dutt biopic film will release on June 29!
Sanjay Dutt and Ranbir Kapoor fans can brace themselves and mark their calendars as the much-awaited biopic finally has a release date. The highly anticipated film of 2018, will see RK step into Dutt's shoes, and bring to the big screen the various ups and downs of the veteran actor's controversial life thus far.
Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani on Friday took to Twitter and shared the big announcement with a tweet that read, "#DuttBiopic releasing on June 29."
The film, which according to reports, was initially scheduled to release on March 30, 2018, has now been pushed to June 29. Nevertheless, fans can now heave a sigh of relief as the director has himself made an official announcement on the same.
Apart from Ranbir, the film also stars Manisha Koirala as Nargis, Dia Mirza as Sanjay Dutt’s wife Maanayata Dutt, Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Vicky Kaushal.
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the untitled Dutt biopic will be an epic watch. Not only will it show all the chapters in Sanjay Dutt’s life, but it will be presented in a grand scale.
