Revisiting the good 'ol days sure has its charms
Rishi Kapoor is one of our favourite celebs on Twitter. While he sometimes does go overboard, mostly we love him for his snarky comments, nostalgic posts and jokes. In a world where celebs usually shy away from sharing tidbits about their lives with fans, it is commendable to see veterans like Rishi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan take to social media like a fish to water. From time to time, we visit their Twitter accounts to update ourselves with what is up with their lives.
And this time we were in for a surprise. Seems like while we were busy with the release date changes of films like Padmaavat, Pad Man and Aiyaary, Rishi was busy partying with his friends. A reunion of veterans of Bollywood stars of the ’80s this picture captures the essence of their friendship in its entirety. How many of us can claim to remain friends with our colleagues even 20 years down the line. Seems like their friendship has stood the test of time. Tweeting about their reunion, Rishi wrote, “Reunion of old friends. Danny Denzongpa, Prem Chopra,Jeetendra,Paintal, Rishi,Ranjeet. What an evening of reminiscing.
