Mohan Babu stuns everyone on ‘Gayatri’ set as he films thrilling action sequence on an Australian stunt Rig. The super perfection, the veteran star Mohan Babu, has stunned everyone with his action fight sequence for his film ‘Gayatri’ that is underway, in a specially flown Australian Stunt Rig, Nero Motion Control Rig at Ramoji Film City.

“It was an absolute happiness to direct an obsessive artist like him and see him perform,” says the action director of the film, Kanal Kannan. He performed the stunning stunt rig action sequence with absolute élan. But, at the same time, there was plenty of planning and practice involved in order to minimize the risks in one of the most interesting sequences of the film, he added. The fight sequence has been shooting for the last eight days and will continue for another three days. The shooting was halted for 4 days because of the birth of Vishnu Manchu’s son. The expensive Nero Motion control Rig is used extensively for VFX and in ‘Gayatri’ where Mohan Babu plays the Hero and the Villain; this rig is used to capture the fight sequence between the two of them.

The filmmakers had specially flown in stunt rig from Australia coupled with a well-planned stunt design and stunt coordinators to create a fight visual spectacle on screen never seen before in Mohan Babu exceptional actions films earlier. Mohan Babu will be seen playing alongside his son Vishnu Manchu who plays a romantic character opposite Shriya Saran. Gayatri is slated for a worldwide release on February 9, 2018.
