Shruti Haasan had the best birthday ever with Michael and her friends.

28th January was a special day for Telugu-Tamil actress Shruti Haasan as it happened to be her birthday. She is one of those few actresses who has always been excited about her birthdays. From the looks of the pics she has shared on social media, she had a complete blast this year. She rang in her birthday in LA this year with some old friends and her beau Michael! Flowers from her ‘main man’, a chiller pool party, a get together with cake – it was as perfect as any birthday could be! She looked lovely in a satin dress surrounded by her friends. In an exclusively interview with us, she happened to reveal her resolution for this year – “Just to be happier with every passing year and be more clear about what I want.”

She also revealed that birthdays will always be more important to her than Diwali and Christmas – “I am (excited) I am still like a nine year old child who goes like two days to go for my birthday. I think it’s still the one thing I am most excited about. even more than Christmas or Diwali. That’s never going to change.” We bet several could relate to that!

When asked if she had plans to get married this year, pat came the reply – “No. The answer is a big firm no. I am not getting married this year. So everybody can relax (laughs) If I am doing it, there’s nothing to hide. But it’s just that I am not doing it right now. ” Check out these pics from the chilliest birthday scene.

On the work front, she revealed that new projects would be announced soon, as of now she couldn’t talk about it. She also wanted to make time for music this year.  “I am going to be announcing something soon which I am excited about. Can’t talk much about it now but you will know soon. And a lot more of music as well. It’s something I miss very much and enjoy very much. Going to do a lot more of live shows, ( I really miss doing live) Trying to strike a balance.” We can’t wait!
