Check out the complete winners list at the 75th Golden Globe Awards right here.
The 75th Golden Globe Awards was a mix of humour, moving speeches and smiling faces who won the awards. Celebrities unanimously decided to wear black for the awards night to show their support against sexual abuse and harassment. In fact, quite a lot of female celebrities even spoke about the significance of the movement. Oprah Winfrey’s speech after winning the Cecil B De Mille award was so moving and inspiring, it will make you fall in love with her more. Seth Meyers was a hilarious host who took a dig at quite a lot of actors and made us laugh.
Natalie Portman took a dig at the jury for having an all-male nomination for the Best Director’s category. In fact, Barbara Streissand also added that there are so many brilliant women directors out there and they should also be nominated in the category next time. Well, we do agree with these two ladies. A lot of people left the venue with a wide smile and lots of trophies tonight but a lot of shows that you’d have expected to win didn’t win at the awards night but it was still worth it. Here’s a complete list of winners at the Golden Globe Awards tonight.
