We all know that Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s beautiful daughter Sara Ali Khan is making her debut with kedarnath. A romantic movie against the backdrop of Uttarakhand floods, the movie is directed by Abhishek Kapoor, who made Rock On and Kai Po Che. Sushant Singh Rajput plays the hero in the movie, that is co-produced by Ekta Kapoor. Now we have got the first still of Sara Ali Khan in the movie, and she looks really pretty here, riding on a horseback holding that colorful umbrella. She looks worried about something, though. Is it me or does she look like a really young Amrita Singh from Betaab?

As per a report in Pinkvilla, a unit member revealed to them about how she has been prepping for her character, “Sara works out regularly on the sets with her trainer. In Mumbai, she trained in Pilates with Namrata Purohit but what most don’t know is Sara’s love or rather passion for bhindi or okra or ladies fingers. She can have any amount of it in either raw or cooked form and at all times of the day. Sara is very professional and has been like a dream to work with. While she is on a proper diet, Sara is very particular about the fact that she has to have bhindi for all her meals so the lodge where she stayed had to have the vegetable in plentiful supply. The high fiber content of the vegetable helps digestion, results in a glowingly, healthy-looking skin and enables weight loss. Sara also loves singing and often starts humming her favorite songs on the sets. But once the camera lights are on, she’s completely focused on her acting and delightful to watch.”

There were reports that suggested that Sara is throwing tantrums on the sets of kedarnath, but producer Arjun N Kapoor denied them in an interview. Speaking to a news daily, he had said, “Sara is a beautiful mix of innocence and talent. She is an intelligent girl, well-read and educated, she knows how the industry functions but she is not afraid to work hard and ask questions, which is just what we needed for Kedarnath. She has totally won over the crew of the film. Sara picked the vibe at the rehearsals itself so her first day was smooth going, to say the least. Everyone on the sets stopped to watch her perform. For someone who is doing her first film, she was very comfortable in front of the camera and a big outdoor unit.”

From what we hear Sara Ali Khan is playing a priest’s daughter while Sushant plays a pithoo who carries people’s luggage on his back in Kedarnath. The movie is scheduled to release next year.
