The auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi is just a couple of days away and Bollywood is all set to welcome Lord Ganesha this year. Especially Sajany Dutt and his wife Manyata. We snapped the adorable husband and wife at one of the pandals in Andheri, Lokhandwala, where they were seen performing Ganesh aarti. Interestingly Sanju Baba was snapped outside a recording studio in Mumbai today after recording a Ganpati aarti for his next film, Bhoomi. The team of Bhoomi – director Omung Kumar and producer Sandeep Singh were also present along with Sanjay Dutt at the recording studio. Sanjay Dutt, who is a very strong believer of Lord Ganesh said, “I am happy to sing a great song for Bappa,” reports news agency IANS. The 58-year-old actor also said, “We celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi at my house. We worship him a lot, so I feel lucky that I have the chance to sing this song for him,” reports .

Talking about how the idea came into being, Omung Kumar said, “Basically it is for a scene in the film where Sanjay is performing a Ganesh aarti.” He also added, “It isn’t about singing. Even if Sanjay just recites it passionately, that’s enough. His voice echoes in your mind. I believe people will play this aarti for many years to come. It is going to be a big hit,” reports.
Sanjay and his wife were colour coordinated as they stepped out for aarti. The actor wore a cream coloured traditional kurta and his wife, Manyata wore a cream coloured saree. They seemed to be really happy performing the aarti. Well, festivals are such occasions when everyone is just so pumped up!
