Ganesh visarjan 2016: Ranbir Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor Rishi Kapoor bid farewell to their Ganpati

 

It’s a classic Ganesh visarjan day. The reason why we’re stressing on the word classic is because like every year, this year too, the Lord bids goodbye until next year as he takes away the last rain. We’ve noticed that just like every year, this year too, the last day of Ganpati, i.e. the visarjan day, it rains until it comes to a standstill at the end of the day. Just like everyone, the Kapoor khandaan’s Ganpati too is going away until next year. To bid farewell to Bappa, both, Ranbir Kapoor and chachu Randhir Kapoor are fighting the rains as they take their Lord and immerse the idol in water. You can see that while RK Jr is wearing a hoodie to save himself from the heavy rains, Randhir doesn’t mind getting wet.
What’s surprising bis how he’s waving at fans too! That’s unlike Kapoor Jr. Although their picture with their RK Studio’s Ganpati is not out yet, if we remain patient enough, we’ll see it surface soon! It is a tradition of the Kapoor family to keep Ganpati in their studio based at Chembur. Like every year, this year too they brought home Bappa and had a blast. On the day of Ganesh Chaturthi, we had shared pics of Ranbir Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor doing the aarti as they welcomed the Lord home. While we could only get a few glimpses of the Ganpati at RK Studios, perhaps at the visarjan, we might get a good look at their idol. On the day the idol was brought home, RK Jr wore a dapper navy blue kurta and black chudidar. Once again, he was joined by uncle Randhir.

We wonder if we’ll see the same kind of frenzy even at the Kapoor’s Ganpati visarjan. So far,w e’re curious to get a good glimpse of the idol! Currently on a professional front, Ranbir is gearing up the release of his upcoming Karan Johar film, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
