Dangal

Dangal is an upcoming Indian biographical sports drama film directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The film stars Aamir Khan portraying the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat, who taught wrestling to his daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat ,Geeta Phogat was India's first female wrestler to win at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, where she won the gold medal (55 kg) while her sister Babita Kumari won the silver (51 kg). Dangal is the Hindi term for a wrestling competition. Wrestling is known as kusti and pehlwani in India. Dangal is scheduled to release on 23 December 2016. The music for Dangal will be composed by Pritam, while lyrics will be written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Kripa Shankar Bishnoi, an Indian women's wrestling team coach based in Indore has trained Aamir Khan and entire crew of Dangal for action sequences featuring wrestling.
