Ganpati Utsav came and brought about the good in us. But it certainly looked best on Bollywood celebrities who dressed up for the occasion and stepped out looking like million bucks. From Mukesh Ambani's big starry puja-party to other house visits, B-town was decked up for the festivities and we loved the coming together of traditional touch and style. Be it Kareena Kapoor Khan's yellow sharara with a pop pink brocade shawl or Katrina's red flowy kurta with dhoti pants, stars put their fashion foot forward and how!
Well, you don't have to wonder if you haven't seen them in all their elements, yet. We have all the pictures for you and here onwards, those will do the talking. So, ready or not, watch out for the bling!
Kareena Kapoor Khan
Dressed in Raw Mango's beautiful sharara set, Bebo really made our day colourful with her ensemble. That and those Amrapali jewels and golden potli complimenting her outfit.
Katrina Kaif
Katrina went for a minimalist look for the first day of the ustav and we're digging the way she managed to make a statement with the same. If you ask us, the colour red worked in her favour. After her infectious smile, of course.
Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan
It was difficult to pick sides, so here it is... King Khan and his queen arrived and upped the ante with their regal attire. Although, it was nothing we haven't seen but the combination of white and beige is just a winner!
Sachin Tendulkar's wife, Anjali
Nothing spells 'traditional' like a saree does and Anjali Tendulkar had us in awe with her dual-tone silk. Paired with matching bangles and neck-piece, it was a typical Indian print brought to life.
Madhuri Dixit Nene
Madhuri Dixit makes heads turn whenever she steps out and the diva did it again with her cobalt-blue saree with intricate zari and motif work.
Malaika Arora
Mala stepped out as a breath of fresh air with her parrot green sharara that she wore with minimal make-up for a day outing. Comfortable yet elegant, now that's a club to steal.
